Last night I had to take painkillers because of the pain in my left arm. I have no idea what causes this pain. It's like a deep pain from my shoulder to my fingers. I had the most disturbing dream last night...in it a little girl was kidnapped from a school, and then another was kidnapped, and I'd been in the area both times and seen a white car around.
